TLsS, 1973-1976 : Washington, D.C. to Schuyler Tallman.

Opposes general amnesty for draft evaders and deserters in principle as morally objectionable and historically unprecedented (1973); agrees with Tallman in his opposition to forced busing to achieve racial integration in schools. This he proposes to achieve by transferring jurisdiction for busing cases from federal to state courts along with issues such as prayer and pupil discipline through a cosponsored bill.
